Duties and Responsibilities

  • Figure out customer’s needs by patiently listening, keenly understanding and asking necessary questions.
  • Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles.
  • Effectively close sales
  • Ensure that customer understands everything with regards to the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty
  • Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals
  • Report to the sales manager with regards to reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities
  • Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
  • Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.

  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
  • Firm work attitude.

Experience

  • Preferably 1 Year of Automobile Experience. Freshers can also apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that the Customer data is being captured.
  • Assisting & engaging the customer while he/she is at the Navigation Portal.
  • Ensure that all customers are attended without any delay.
  • Greeting the customer, both at the time of arrival and departure.
  • Ensure that all queries of the customers have been addressed.
  • Basic understanding of all MSIL products & offerings so that they can clear any doubts of customers.
  • Should access the feedback, resolve & escalate any issues if required.
  • Should be well versed with all MSIL policies (Schemes/Offers etc.)
  • Ensure that customer requirement are met and excellent services are provided.
  • Ability to handle heavy workloads and take on added responsibilities if required.
  • If the customer is with kids, ensure kids are engaged in activities like puzzle etc.

Skills

  • SKILLS:

  • Knowledge about products.
  • Knowledge of allied business and overall dealership functioning would be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication skills & fluency in English is required.
  • Good Interpersonal skills are an integral part of the role.
  • Should be very patient and should possess good listening and understanding skills.
  • Good networking within dealership (GM/SM/TL/DSE)
