  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that the Customer data is being captured.
  • Assisting & engaging the customer while he/she is at the Navigation Portal.
  • Ensure that all customers are attended without any delay.
  • Greeting the customer, both at the time of arrival and departure.
  • Ensure that all queries of the customers have been addressed.
  • Basic understanding of all MSIL products & offerings so that they can clear any doubts of customers.
  • Should access the feedback, resolve & escalate any issues if required.
  • Should be well versed with all MSIL policies (Schemes/Offers etc.)
  • Ensure that customer requirement are met and excellent services are provided.
  • Ability to handle heavy workloads and take on added responsibilities if required.
  • If the customer is with kids, ensure kids are engaged in activities like puzzle etc.

Skills

  • SKILLS:

  • Knowledge about products.

  • 1) Attending customers, opening job card on Tablet as per discussion with customers.
  • 2) Vehicle tracking & providing timely updates to the customers
  • 3) Vehicle Delivery with clear & precise invoice along with a detailed explanation.
  • 4) Job Card closing & preparing invoice
  • 5) Briefing Customers on the New Service Experience
  • 6) Explaining services & after delivery app facilities on call.
  • 7) Technical coordination with regards to repairs along with customer coordination explaining him the technicalities prior
  • to service.
  • 8) Ensure vehicle cleanliness & protection through the application of protective covers like fender cover, seat cover etc.
  • 9) Provide a Road Test along with the customer during receiving and delivery
  • 10) Provide clear cost estimate and update customer if any changes.
  • 11) Collecting payments & depositing it to the cashier
  • 12) Taking Instant Feedback from the customer at the time of delivery.
  • 13) Escorting customer to the vehicle.
  • 14) Post Service follow up with the customers on the 3rd Day
  • 15) Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints within 48 hours

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • - Monetising & Syndicating of Content on a digital platform such as YouTube.
  • - Carrying out the operational activities on YouTube Channels.
  • - Handling claims, uploading videos, YouTube analytics, content programming etc.
  • - Keep a good check on competitors channel and make a competitor analysis on a weekly basis.
  • - Maintaining a record of uploaded videos which includes Metadata, creatives and other important details.
  • - Maintaining the overall health of the channel by correct channel programming and maintaining regular upload schedule.
